Healthy Food Choices Level II – Whole Foods Lifestyle Kitchen Equipment
In this course you’ll learn about the various kitchen appliances and devices that make up a whole foods lifestyle kitchen. This will include introductions to high speed blenders, juicers, food processors, dehydrators and other kitchen devices that help in the preparation of whole food meals. There will be a culinary demo and tasting utilizing a spiralizer and food processor in the preparation of zucchini noodles with fresh marinara sauce.
